The TCBT 4 630/HB axial fan is a device dedicated to duct installations where efficient air exchange in large spaces is a priority. Its design allows for horizontal or vertical mounting, significantly facilitating integration with existing ventilation systems in production halls, warehouses, parking garages, or commercial premises. The unit is particularly suitable where high performance is required while maintaining reasonable operating costs.
Thanks to its specific flow arrangement (from impeller to motor – designation HB), the fan effectively removes contaminants and excess heat. This is a universal solution that can be used not only in industry but also in agricultural facilities (greenhouses, pigsties) or garages. It is worth noting that this model handles media with temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C, making it resistant to conditions found in unheated warehouses in winter or in production rooms in summer.
Construction and Adjustment Capabilities
The key element of this fan is the impeller made of aluminum sheet. This material not only reduces the unit's weight but, above all, ensures corrosion resistance. Importantly for installers and service technicians, the impeller has undergone dynamic balancing in accordance with ISO 1940-1. This ensures quiet and stable operation while minimizing the risk of vibrations transmitted to the ventilation ducts.
The housing is made of steel protected against corrosion by cataphoretic painting (primer + polyester). Such a solution guarantees long service life even in environments with elevated humidity or the presence of aggressive chemical factors. Fastening elements are made of stainless steel, which additionally enhances the aesthetics and durability of the installation.
The three-phase motor (400V) allows flexible adjustment of rotational speed using a frequency inverter. This is a major advantage for professionals – it means the ability to precisely match the fan's performance to the facility's current needs without having to replace the entire unit or use complex mechanical gearboxes. Protection class IP 65 and insulation class F ensure safe operation in difficult environmental conditions.
Performance and Key Operating Parameters
In the TCBT/4-630/HB model, performance is adapted to handle large airflows, reaching 17 030 m³/h at a maximum static pressure of approximately 70 Pa. The unit is driven by a three-phase motor with a power of 3,6 kW, which draws a current of around 6,2 A at 400 V. The impeller rotational speed is approximately 1400 obr./min, generating a noise level of 70 dB(A).
To ensure optimal operation and performance regulation, the manufacturer recommends using a frequency inverter with a minimum power of 1,5 kW. This allows precise control of the fan's operation depending on the facility's current ventilation needs. The duct connection diameter is Ø 630 mm, enabling direct installation onto standard industrial pipelines. The entire unit operates within a temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, while the high protection class IP 65 and insulation class F guarantee reliability even under demanding operating conditions.
