Horizontal profile for mounting in control cabinets

Profile made of galvanized steel, with a length of 266 mm and a height of 25 mm, designed for mounting devices with a mass up to 30 kg. The screw-based mounting system enables stable and durable attachment of components inside the cabinet – without the need for additional brackets or angle supports.

This is not a continuous profile, meaning it does not serve as a base for expandable mounting systems. Its function is precise: to provide an attachment point for units requiring constant vertical loading – such as relays, transformers, or control modules.

Surface galvanization ensures corrosion resistance in industrial conditions, while eliminating the need for additional pre-treatment before installation. The 266 mm length is tailored to standard spacing between components in Eaton-type cabinets – it fits perfectly into systems built with other elements of the XVTL series.

Installation is performed directly on the side or rear wall of the cabinet using M4 or M5 screws (not included). The profile height (25 mm) allows free routing of cables underneath it – without interfering with wire flow or hindering access to terminals.

Compared to longer versions (e.g., 400 mm or 800 mm), this model is intended for locations with limited space – such as cabinet edges, above or below modules of smaller width. It is not suitable for distributed loads or for mounting on vertical walls.

It is compatible with other XVTL system components from Eaton – both vertical profiles (VP6, VP10, etc.) and other horizontal ones (HP-4, HP/L-6). No special tools or adaptations are required.
