The CM horizontal multistage pump (Centrifugal Modular) has been designed with the assumption that its basic features will be compactness and modularity, properties that enable the creation of many different configurations. The pump essentially consists of a series of interchangeable modules, all of which are designed to work together properly, whatever the application.
These are short-coupled pumps (monoblock type). CM pumps have motors with constant speed dependent on the mains frequency.
Both CM and CME pumps have mechanical shaft seals.
The CM and CME pumps are available in cast iron and stainless steel (stainless steel AISI 304/DIN 1.4301, which is suitable for pumps for non-corrosive water and liquids, and AISI 316/DIN, which provides a high degree of protection
