Flamcovent Smart utilizes the principle of partial flow and the force of draft to effectively separate air from water. The device's construction provides 60% higher efficiency compared to traditional air separators. Thanks to this, even at high flow rates (up to 3 m/s) the separator maintains its effectiveness. This model is designed for installation in both horizontal and vertical positions, providing flexibility during installation. This air separator with a nominal diameter of 1 1/2 inch (48.3 mm) has a cylindrical BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) internal gas thread and is designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 10 bar and a temperature from 0 to 120°C. Its installation length is 129 mm, and the filter capacity is 0.97 liters. The connection material is brass, and the housing is made of other materials (details regarding the material grade of the housing and connection are available in the technical specification). The device does not have an integrated make-up device or a backwash filter, nor is it equipped with a drain valve or insulation.
