K Code of Conduct – Kesko’s standards of responsibility
Kesko wants to set an example of responsible conduct. Our stakeholders also require us to adhere to high standards. These expectations of responsible conduct apply to all areas of Kesko’s business.
We expect all Kesko employees and business partners to properly understand the content of K Code of Conduct. The Code contains 12 principles and clear examples of expectations that Kesko employees and partners must meet, for example in areas such as human rights, care for the environment and fair competition.
“A responsible way of doing business is the key to achieving stable financial results. Everything we do is based on mutual trust between Kesko, Group K stores, our customers and partners,” states the President and CEO Mikko Helander in the introduction to the code.
