Customer satisfaction, not only with the products received but also with the order fulfillment process, is one of Onninen's priorities. With us, product selection, purchase, and delivery are smooth and hassle-free. We offer a wide range of logistics services: transport, warehousing, co-packing, and other additional services. Professional fulfillment of accepted transport orders to the specified location in Poland is possible thanks to the constant availability of goods at the Distribution Center, our fleet of vehicles, quick response to orders, and the company's high flexibility. For us, there are no less important orders or locations too far away. We always arrive on time at the specified address, in any part of the country.

• We have 34 stationary branches in Poland, to which we deliver ordered goods from the Central Warehouse every day.
• We supply the largest units before 6:00 a.m.
• Goods ordered before 6:00 p.m. will be delivered by local transport to the selected Onninen branch the next business day by 9:00 a.m. at the latest.
• We can also handle direct deliveries to our customers from the central warehouse or from our suppliers' warehouses – for this purpose we use the services of courier companies.
• If necessary, we provide direct transport to our customers for full truckload deliveries or logistically difficult goods.
• The central warehouse, located in Teolin near Łódź, has a total area of 73,000 ^m², including over 32,000 ^m² under roof , and approximately 80,000 storage locations . The central warehouse produces an average of over 250,000 lines per month using modern automation solutions , and employees work in three shifts (24 hours a day, 5 days a week). The warehouse shelves over 30,000 different products available immediately.
