Complaints and Appeals

If you are a consumer and our actions regarding digital accessibility are unsatisfactory, you have the right to file a complaint with us. We will respond within 30 days of receiving it. In particularly complicated cases, we will inform you of the reason for the delay and indicate a new response date.

In the case of a negative response to the complaint, you have the right to send a notification to the President of the PFRON Management Board.

An initial audit was conducted internally based on the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Full technical documentation of compliance will be prepared by the end of the implementation period.

1. Scope

This Digital Accessibility Policy applies to the following websites:

  • Onninen.pl
  • Onninen.ua

2. Accessibility Standard

The websites covered by this policy are designed, developed, and maintained in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.

3. Responsibility

The team of Front-End Developers, under the supervision of the IT/Business Department Manager, is responsible for ensuring and maintaining digital accessibility.

4. Reporting Accessibility Issues

Any issues related to digital accessibility, requests, and comments can be reported via email to:

The subject of the message should include:
„Digital Accessibility Declaration”.

5. Monitoring and Maintaining Accessibility

The websites are subject to regular monitoring of digital accessibility.
Accessibility reviews are conducted periodically, no less than every 6 months from the previous verification.

Monitoring involves:

  • updating knowledge regarding applicable regulations and accessibility guidelines (including WCAG and EAA),
  • verifying regulatory and technological changes,
  • testing current accessibility settings and functionalities on websites,
  • identifying potential non-compliances.

In the event of detecting non-compliance, remedial actions are taken as soon as possible (without exceeding the deadline of 90 business days from the date of receipt of the report).
