Working with clay had been „following” me for many years, and when I went to my first class, I immediately knew it was a perfect match for me.
Ceramics requires perseverance, skill and – in the end – talent. For me, creating forms is not only art, but also a way to develop patience and precision. Just like at work at Onninen – precision, planning and attention to detail matter. In both worlds – business and artistic – I see the same values: quality, consistency and satisfaction from a job well done.
Bartosz Głębicki
Sales Representative
My journey with self-development began naturally – with a passion for sales that has been with me since childhood.
Already at the age of 12 I was selling crosswords for charity to earn some extra pocket money. Over time, sales became my passion, but I realised that to achieve better and better results, I had to continually grow.
Self-development allows me to become a better version of myself – both in my private and professional life. It was this path that led me to write the book „The Power of Self-Improvement” and to share my knowledge during talks such as „The Art of Achieving Goals – How to Overcome Resistance to Change”.
Witold Pietrowski
Central Warehouse Manager
Sailing is a team effort.
Whether as a helmsman giving commands or as a crew member trimming the sheets, I influence what happens – how efficiently I perform a manoeuvre, whether I do it at the right moment and whether it will be 100% safe. In such situations, quick analysis of the surroundings and making accurate, confident and responsible decisions is crucial.
Exactly the same applies at work. Managing a 200-person crew requires planning and decisiveness. The complexity of the processes means that we constantly face choices, and each decision carries consequences. I try to act in a way that makes those consequences positive.

Customer Service Center Manager
Cheerleading has taught me focus, discipline and teamwork.
These qualities help me in my daily work with customers and in managing the team – they make it easier to build relationships, make quick decisions and take care of the group atmosphere.
I discovered cheerleading by chance when I saw an announcement about forming a new „masters” group at the Fit-Moc club operating in the Nowosolna municipality. This sport fascinated me from the first training session because it combines elements of dance, acrobatics and teamwork. This combination of energy, passion and cooperation made me fall in love with cheerleading.

My journey with Onninen began in my childhood, when I used to go shopping at the wholesaler with my dad.
From those moments I remember an employee in a baseball cap who served us at the counter. Today I know it was Wojtek K., who still works in the company, now in the role of Branch Coordinator. The baseball cap is still an essential part of his uniform.
At the beginning of my work at Onninen, I did not yet have a clearly defined career path. Today I hold a manager position, leading a team of more than a dozen people. For me, working at Onninen is a true long-term adventure. Importantly, I am not alone in this – when I look at other employees I have worked with for years, I see that they also treat this job as a long-term investment in their careers.
Michał Żurek
Regional Logistics Manager
Katowice
My career vision was unusual.
On the one hand, I was happy that after a year of searching I got a job at Onninen, and on the other – I could see a light at the end of the tunnel that gave me hope I would not remain a warehouse worker forever, but achieve something more.
When I started, I had vocational education and did not even hold forklift truck qualifications. When I was promoted to Warehouse Manager, I started evening technical school, which I completed with a final exam. I completed many courses – from forklift operator training, through computer skills, to becoming a Key User of the key systems used in the company.
I never would have thought that my journey with Onninen would last so many years and bring me so much satisfaction, pride and recognition from my colleagues.

At the beginning of my work at Onninen, I wanted to gain solid experience in accounting and grow within the company’s structures.
I knew it would be a valuable experience and an opportunity for professional development. I received the greatest support from my colleagues and managers, who shared their knowledge and practice.
I have long been interested in digital marketing, and creating content for companies has allowed me to gain valuable experience. I was looking for a role that combines creativity with analytics and a better understanding of digital marketing mechanisms. From this challenge I expect, above all, practical application of knowledge, work on interesting projects and further development in marketing strategy and performance marketing.
