How does the SanificaAria air sanitizer work?
This is a specialized bactericidal and virucidal device used to disinfect air. The innovative concept used effectively, efficiently and comprehensively disinfects the air, cleansing it of bacteria, fungi and viruses (including coronavirus) and other microorganisms.
The advanced air disinfection system works based on the patented UV-OXY technology , which involves emitting UV-C light waves. Infected air is taken from the environment into the closed chamber through a particularly efficient and quiet ventilation mechanism. The sucked air is irradiated by a UV-C source in a closed chamber. Thanks to this design, even the smallest microorganisms are effectively combated, and all types of air pollutants are eliminated and neutralized. Efficacy confirmed by research
SanificaAria has no contraindications for use among humans because it does not emit harmful radiation or ozone. Moreover, it is effective even in the presence of air conditioners, ensuring a constant level of air quality.
It is worth noting that SanificaAria air sanitizers have been subjected to thorough third-party testing at the accredited laboratory TECNAL SRL (UNI CEI EN ISO/ IEC 17025: 2005), in cooperation with Gelt International SRL.
The tests were aimed at verifying the bactericidal ability against microorganisms that have different resistance to UV-C radiation. The research was carried out on the basis of the technical standard ISO 15714:2019 (method for assessing the UV radiation dose for airborne microorganisms for devices using ultraviolet radiation).
Laboratory tests have confirmed that the controlled emission of UV-C radiation by the SanificaAria air disinfector is able to remove all types of fungi, viruses, bacteria and pathogens from infected air in the form of 90% of Gram-Positive microorganisms and as much as 99% of Gram-Negative microorganisms.
