Ja Solar was founded in 2005 and quickly gained an advantage over the competition. Today, the position of this brand is beyond dispute, so its products can be safely considered a reasonable and future-proof solution.
The JAM54S30-410/MR monocrystalline panels are characterized by an impressive power of 410 Wp and a very high efficiency of 21% . They achieve excellent results in PVEL endurance tests and are characterized by lower power losses compared to the competition. All thanks to the use of half-cell technology, which translates into lower internal resistance and better performance during everyday work. The choice of Ja Solar photovoltaic panels is primarily supported by the fact that they are available at very attractive prices, which go hand in hand with above-average quality. They are covered by a 12-year product warranty and a 25-year warranty for a drop in efficiency to 84.8%.
In terms of quality to price ratio, Ja Solar modules are actually just as interesting a solution as Longi Solar panels, which we described in the earlier part of our review. Their advantage over the rest of the presented products was determined only by slightly higher efficiency and slightly lower cost.
Trina VERTEX S TSM-405
Another Chinese manufacturer – Trina Solar. This brand was established in 1997. During this time, it has managed to gain very valuable experience in research, production and sale of photovoltaic solutions. It is a dynamically developing company that is also recognized on the Polish market.
The VERTEX S TSM-405 module is not only an elegant design, but above all excellent technical properties. It is distinguished by a power of 405 Wp and the highest efficiency presented in this review - 21.1% . Like other Chinese manufacturers, Trina declares 84.8% efficiency after 25 years. However, the advantage of this brand comes mainly from a 15-year product warranty and significantly lower prices.
While the key parameters of the Trina module seem comparable to products from other Chinese brands, the longer warranty and lower price make it by far the most attractive choice in our review.
