How to eliminate noise from the installation?
Noise coming from the existing water and sewage system can be effectively eliminated by proper installation. In this case, you should use cladding clamps that will easily muffle uncomfortable noises.
The cladding clamp should provide slight flexibility to maintain appropriate acoustics in the building. The material used in it allows you to suppress unwanted vibrations and thus significantly reduce oscillatory movements. Types of Walraven cladding

The choice of lining also depends on the material the pipe is made of and the temperature of the medium flowing in it.
Walraven has 3 types of cladding:
Black EPDM lining
The black cladding is made of EPDM material. It is suitable for fastening pipes made of steel or plastic PE and PP. EPDM material is chlorine-free and additionally resistant to aging. EPDM is resistant to fire, according to DIN 4102 – class B2. On the inside, the rubber is shaped like ribs, ensuring stable pipe mounting and no movement in the clamp.
Green EPDM lining
Designed for fastening plastic pipes. The inner part of the rubber has a smooth finish, which allows the plastic pipe to slide . This structure of the lining prevents the pipe from being pushed out during operation and being damaged.
Red lining
It has a special application. It is made of silicone, making it resistant to high temperatures - up to 200°C . This is an ideal solution for mounting installations with hot media. The red cladding perfectly isolates sounds and is resistant to aging. Choose it if you are looking for durable products with high resistance to external factors.
