Gebo Brass compression fittings and repair clamps

Copper installations have always guaranteed safety. Currently, there are many solutions on the market designed to connect or repair them. Copper is widely used in various types of installations. The advantages of copper pipes make them widely used not only in residential construction, but also in other areas of our lives: in water supply, heating, cooling, air conditioning and oil installations.

Moreover, the copper installation combined with brass connectors tolerates low and high temperatures and pressure changes very well. It is characterized by high durability and does not age. It is not a brittle material and does not rust. Copper combined with brass does not release compounds and substances harmful to health. Due to the properties of copper pipes and fittings, there are many advantages of this material: resistance to the corrosive effects of hot and cold water and UV rays, low weight, which makes installation easier.

Gebo Brass compression fittings

One of the most convenient and universal methods of connecting copper installations is the clamp connection technique, which is gaining more and more supporters, primarily due to the ease of installation.   To meet the needs of the market, Gebo has introduced the Gebo Brass line - brass compression fittings.   (MO – with a clamping ring on both sides and MAS – with external thread, as well as two-part repair clamps – MD and renovation and repair clamps – MB).

Gebo Brass is a new product in the assortment of the Gebo brand, which for many years has been known by installers mainly as a manufacturer of a reliable system of cast iron compression fittings and renovation and repair clamps. Now you can connect or seal a copper pipe using the same principle! Gebo Brass connectors work in a similar way to the well-known Gebo Quick and Clamps system! The use of clamping rings together with an NBR rubber sealing ring allows the connection and repair of copper installations in a simple, quick and cheap way. When repairing using this system, we eliminate the need for soldering and the use of expensive, specialized pressing equipment!

How to connect copper pipes using compression fittings?

How to connect copper pipes using compression fittings? It is very easy!   Gebo provides the most advantageous connection technique and rules that will guarantee durability, reliability and efficiency of the copper installation for years!

Method using   MAS and MO brass compression fittings   (photo above) does not require much work or experience from the installer. Just perform three short steps - cut the copper pipe, apply the Gebo Brass connector, check the depth of its insertion - and this way you can mount the fitting on the pipe.

Brass bipartite   Gebo Brass MD repair clamps (photo on the right) guarantee repair of the damaged section without the need to cut it out. They are used to seal holes, cracks, corrosion spots and leaks in copper installations.

Gebo Brass MB assembly and repair clamps (photo on the right) are made of the same materials as MD, but have a side outlet with internal thread, which allows for quick and easy installation of additional branches. With their help, you can build drainage in water installations and heating pipes. In both products, the seal is made of EPDM rubber, approved for use in drinking water, which is confirmed by the Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Hygiene. Clamps can also be used for stainless steel pipes, provided that the outer diameter of the pipes corresponds to the dimensions of copper pipes.

Gebo Brass connectors and clamps are characterized by:   material durability, mechanical strength and high impact resistance .
