Helistill technology in separators from IMI
We achieve the highest separation efficiency in low flow conditions with Helistill technology. How does it work? During the sedimentation process, the water flow slows down as the contaminant particles enter the Zeparo chamber.
Some particles fall due to gravity, others because they hit the Helistill insert and fall down. The special design of the Helistill insert significantly enhances the effect of this phenomenon, compared to other solutions.
Cyclone technology in separators from IMI
Cyclonic separation efficiency excels in applications with larger flows! How does it work? The water vortex exerts centrifugal forces on the dirt particles and presses them against the outer wall of the Zeparo Cyclone.
The outer area of the vortex has a lower velocity, so that the dirt particles collapse under the influence of gravity, and the contaminants are discharged from there. The vortex is caused by a special inlet design to the separator.
360˚ rotation
Thanks to its 360-degree rotating design, the rotating Zeparo ZT can be installed vertically or horizontally. Additionally, the separation chamber can be completely detached, allowing installation in tight spaces.
