The need to ensure condensate removal occurs in connection with the operation of various devices, from condensing boilers , through air conditioners , refrigerators, to dehumidifiers.

Depending on where it is formed, the condensate is more or less aggressive. The pH of condensate from condensing boilers is below 7, which requires its removal using devices resistant to acidic liquid. In gas boilers, the pH of the condensate is usually between 3 and 4. Such condensate can be discharged without the need to neutralize it. However, the condensate produced in oil boilers has a pH value below 3 and requires neutralization.
The new generation of CONLIFT lifting units ensures reliable drainage of condensate that is collected below the sewage level.
The CONLIFT series includes two units: CONLIFT1 and CONLIFT1 LS and accessories.
CONLIFT1 LS lifting unit:
is a standard device with a potential-free contact for an alarm signal, made in IP20 protection class.
CONLIFT1 lifting unit:
is a standard device with a protection class of IP24 with a manual switch and a potential-free contact for an alarm signal.
In the case of condensate acidity with a PH below 2.5, CONLIFT1 should be supplemented with a PH+ neutralizing unit. The stand-alone PH+ unit can be mounted on or next to the unit.
For CONLIFT1 to signal overflow, e.g. an alarm buzzer should be connected to its output contacts. It is then necessary to equip the device with a PCB card.
Intended use of CONLIFT1 AND CONLIFT1 LS units
CONLIFT are complete, ready-to-install units designed for automatic pumping of condensate with a pH greater than or equal to 2.5. CONLIFT units can pump up to 32 liters of condensate per hour to a height of up to 5 m, from boilers with a power of up to 200 kW. The advanced design and carefully selected components ensure that condensate removal with CONLIFT is as reliable as with gravity drainage.

CONLIFT1 and CONLIFT 1LS – construction and assembly of units
CONLIFT units feature a corrosion-free double shaft design with a tank housing with switch and motor bearings with special sealing systems. The siphon inside the tank prevents gas from entering the boilers. The liquid level in the tank is controlled automatically by a float switch. The devices also have an overflow switch. This switch can be connected to a condensing boiler and set to stop the boiler in the event of an alarm.
CONLIFT units have 4 condensate inlets. The built-in, adjustable check valve is equipped with a quick-locking mechanism. The engine with the possibility of 60 starts per hour ensures effective condensate removal. CONLIFT units are equipped with a power cord with a plug (Schuko) and float switches that automate work. One float switch is used to turn the pump on and off, and the other is for alarm signaling. The alarm contact is a potential-free changeover contact (NC/NO).
CONLIFT devices can be mounted on the floor or on the wall. They come with a simple leveling tool. The engine and pump can be rotated 180°, which provides greater installation freedom and allows you to conveniently adjust the location of the unit to the existing installation.
The advantage and distinguishing feature of the CONLIFT1 and CONLIFT1LS units is their quiet operation. The noise level generated by the devices is below 47 dB(A).
