The decision on how a new house will be heated is one of the first decisions that an investor must make at the project selection stage. It is also one of the most important decisions because it translates directly into the convenience of use and the cost of operating the property. What solutions available on the heating systems market are worth considering when building a new house? What should you take into account when choosing a specific solution?
When choosing how a new house will be heated, an investor should consider their own preferences and expectations regarding the heating system. He must also take into account the limitations of the plot on which the property is being built and the square footage he wants to allocate for the room where the devices will be installed. The most important thing, however, is that the building under construction must meet the requirements of the Technical Conditions 2021, which specify, among others, the maximum annual demand of the building for non-renewable energy used for heating and preparation of hot water, as well as for cooling, ventilation and lighting. WT 2021 therefore greatly influences which device can be installed in a specific investment.

Which boiler should I choose?
If the plot has access to natural gas, a gas boiler seems to be a natural choice for some investors. A modern gas condensing boiler is easy to use, and a gas combi boiler takes up very little space, so there is no need for a special room for installation - it can be hung even in the kitchen. However, if the investor has a large family and plans to build a large house with two bathrooms , a better choice will be a single-function gas furnace and an additional hot water heater. This solution will ensure greater comfort of using hot water, because thanks to the tank you can heat a large supply of it. There will be no problem with reduced flow, as in the case of combi boilers, and when bathing - with the decreasing temperature of the incoming water for a long time.
If you want to use renewable energy sources, you can choose a hybrid solution - combining a boiler with a heat pump. A properly configured controller will ensure that individual devices in the system are switched on and off in such a way that their operation is as economical as possible.

Condensing boilers - De Dietrich offer
The De Dietrich brand offers a wide selection of modern gas condensing boilers, from which everyone can choose a device that meets their requirements.
Evodens AMC
A modern premium gas condensing boiler. Evodens is available in several versions: dual-function, single-function with a built-in hot water tank and a set with a tank. A wide selection of available powers allows the device to be tailored to the needs of a specific building and the investor's requirements. The boiler is characterized by exceptionally high efficiency (up to 110.6%) and a large modulation range (from 22% to 100%), which makes the boiler efficient and operates ecologically and economically.
Lumea MPX
A condensing boiler that, thanks to its small size, will work well in spaces where there is not much space for a boiler room and the boiler is hanging, e.g. in the bathroom. The boiler is equipped with the GAC (Gas Adaptive Control) system, which guarantees combustion optimization thanks to electronic control and an electronic gas valve. The system continuously controls and optimizes the combustion process. GAC also makes it easier to start the boiler because there is no need for manual adjustment, calibration or nozzle replacement.
Modulens
The De Dietrich Modulens G AGC 15 floor-standing gas condensing boiler is a good solution for spacious houses. It will work well if owners want to maintain the elegant appearance of the room where the boiler is located. Modulens is available in a single-function version or with a built-in tank of various capacities.

Air heat pump - a good choice
Heat pumps are currently one of the most frequently chosen solutions for new homes. This is an ecological and economical solution, although the initial outlays are higher than in the case of using only a gas boiler. The growing popularity of air/water pumps is also due to the fact that they are installed much faster than devices extracting heat from the ground or water, and the space required for their installation is kept to a minimum. The external module drawing heat from the surroundings can be installed anywhere, regardless of the terrain.
The installation cost is also important, as it is significantly lower than other types of pumps. By combining an air heat pump with a gas boiler, we effectively complement the heating system. This is because the tasks assigned to the boiler are performed by an air heat pump , offering much better operating parameters. Appropriate configuration of the regulator supervising the switching on and off of devices ensures economical operation of the entire system. This characteristic means that despite the initial costs associated with purchasing a heat pump, the incurred expenses will start to pay off in the form of lower energy bills. Heat pumps also work well with photovoltaic panels .

Heat pumps - De Dietrich offer
The De Dietrich brand includes a range of devices from the air heat pump segment.
Alezio M / Alezio M V200
Monoblock devices - easy to use, ecological and energy-saving. The pump has a heating function in winter and cooling in summer using the underfloor heating system. Alezio M can operate at outdoor temperatures down to -20°C. The integrated heater in the Alezio M V200 version has a capacity of 177 liters. The pump is equipped with a convenient control console that allows you to use a number of useful functions. Pump settings can also be controlled remotely using an application installed on a mobile device. The pump is available in a wide range of power, from 6 to 11.2 kW. It is characterized by a high energy efficiency class up to "A++" for central heating and "A" for domestic hot water
Strateo R32
This is one of the latest proposals from the De Dietrich brand. The device works discreetly and efficiently. It ensures the right temperature in the rooms and, thanks to the integrated hot water heater, ensures constant access to hot water.
The De Dietrich Strateo R32 heat pump, thanks to the technology used, adjusts its power to current needs, thus enabling the device to save energy. When the demand for heat is high, the pump uses all its power, but when the demand decreases, the degree of utilization of the device's power also decreases. Thanks to this, Strateo ensures reduced energy consumption compared to a traditional heat pump, thus guaranteeing significant savings. The pump will also be useful for cooling rooms in the summer.
The Strateo pump uses a new, more ecological R32 refrigerant, making the device environmentally friendly not only due to the use of renewable energy sources.
