Oil condensing boilers are devices in which technology meets the expectations of consumers. On the one hand, they allow you to easily ensure optimal thermal comfort in your home, and reduce heating costs. A big advantage is also that they allow you to take care of the natural environment.
The models from the icoVIT series allow for the optimization of operation - along with heating efficiency, there is, among other things, a reduction in the energy consumed by the boiler, providing power. The operating scheme uses the phenomenon of condensation, the essence of which is the change of the form of a substance from volatile to liquid. In a traditional oil boiler, during combustion, water vapor generated during the combustion of the appropriate fuel is removed from the heating system. In condensing models, however, it is additionally used.
All thanks to the special design and the presence of a special tank - a condensing exchanger, which receives water from the heating system. Heat is taken from the exhaust gases and water vapour condenses on the walls of the tank, which allows to increase the efficiency of the boiler. In this way, the thermal energy generated in the heating process is used to the maximum, which directly translates into cost reduction.
Lower energy consumption with a tubular heat exchanger
Vaillant icoVIT devices use technology that uses a special tubular heat exchanger. Due to the fact that water vapour recovered from exhaust gases becomes a corrosive substance, stainless steel is used to make the system. Additionally, it allows for optimal use of the condensation effect. According to the data presented by the manufacturer, the installation of a condensing oil boiler allows for savings of around 15%.
A big advantage, thanks to which you can gain additional savings, is the use of a solar system. However, it should be remembered that such an installation requires the use of a special system, based on a dual-function solar tank and a vacuum tube collector.

Installing an oil boiler brings many benefits, which is why this solution is one of the most frequently chosen solutions to effectively and efficiently heat a home. The most important thing, however, is to properly match the type of boiler to the needs of a given facility.

The device operating in energy class A allows it to be installed in any facility, because it requires a standard voltage of 230V, which is available in every socket. The condensing boiler has the possibility of two-stage regulation of the operating power - 11.1 kW and 15.8 kW. It is a single-function standing model.
An alternative solution available in our offer is the Vaillant VKO 256/3-7 condensing oil boiler . It differs from the previous model in terms of parameters. The device has a higher nominal power of 50-30°C and efficiency. Among the significant advantages, it is worth mentioning ease of use and reliability. Due to its efficiency, it can be successfully used in both single-family and multi-family buildings.
Where ensuring optimum thermal comfort requires special solutions, we can offer the Vaillant VKO 356/3-7 oil condensing boiler . A characteristic feature of the device is an even higher nominal power, for parameters 50-30°C it is about twice as high as in the 156/3-7 model. The boiler will work great in any building, and a standard electrical installation with a 230 V socket is enough for its operation. Unlike previous models, the device operates in the energy class A +++.
Each variant can be installed in both new buildings and old ones where the heating is being modernized to an environmentally friendly system. Since the device is equipped with an eBUS connector, it is possible to later expand the heating system, e.g. connect a solar energy installation or a domestic hot water tank.
