ARIA ADURO is an air distribution system for heat recovery with diameters: 125, 160, 200 mm. It is used to transmit large air streams to and from the recuperator. It was developed for heat recovery in single-family houses and together with the HEATPEX ARIA system it constitutes a complete air distribution system. It is perfectly matched to HEATPEX ARIA distribution boxes, but because its internal diameters comply with the PN-EN 1506:2007 standard, they correspond to the diameters of typical ventilation fittings.

ARIA ADURO is made of a material with excellent insulating properties - foamed polystyrene, which is light and durable, and the addition of graphite makes it biologically resistant to fungi, mold and bacteria. Thanks to the use of graphite, the heat is reflected many times inside the pipe and the heat transfer is significantly limited. As a result, the thermal conductivity coefficient λ is only 0.029 W/mK. This corresponds to approximately 30 mm of mineral wool insulation. This shortens and simplifies installation time compared to metal spiro pipes, as it does not require additional insulation.
The materials used, the patented OneClick connection system and the design of individual elements allow for achieving the highest class of tightness - ATC1 according to the PN-EN-17192 standard, confirmed by tests carried out by an independent laboratory. This means tightness three times higher than systems with class D.

The high tightness is also influenced by the construction of the ADURO pipe (monor pipe made entirely of one element) and the connector with a gasket (low profile, which does not increase the diameter of the installation).

Faster installation of heat recovery
ARIA ADURO is an alternative to metal ducts, called SPIRO. However, it has the advantage of twice as fast installation . Because the system is 9 times lighter than traditional ventilation ducts based on metal pipes, attaching ARIA ADURO ducts to walls or suspending them from the ceiling is much easier. Additionally, the speed of installation is influenced by a dedicated mounting bracket, which simply attaches to the wall using two dowels, attaches the pipe and tightens the band. The holder is universal and fits any system diameter.
Installation of a heat recovery system - OneClick technology
Thanks to the transfer of the OneClick technology known from the HEATPEX ARIA system, connecting subsequent sections of ARIA ADURO is faster and easier than ever. Individual sections of the pipe and other elements are connected with a system connector, which simply slides onto both components. The included gasket ensures a tight connection, so you do not need to perform any additional sealing operations. Additionally, the material from which the system elements are made, although it is very durable, can be easily and quickly cut to the required length using the simplest tools, even a wallpaper cutter. There are markers placed on the pipe every 5 centimeters, which help cut the section to the correct length.
