100% renewable energy - multi-purpose NIBE SPLIT 10-6 system

Nibe intelligent and multi-tasking heating systems The intelligent NIBE heating system consists of the NIBE SPLIT 10-6 air heat pump, the NIBE ERS 10-400 recuperator and the NIBE PV photovoltaic set and provides comfortable, economical and ecological heating, cooling, domestic hot water production and ventilation with heat recovery, using solar energy. The entire system is remotely controlled by NIBE Uplink. The NIBE ERS recuperator is one of the few models of recuperators on the Polish market that can cooperate with a heat pump and be programmed via the heat pump's display, ensuring perfect comfort in the building. The NIBE PV photovoltaic system, in turn, includes an EME communication module for cooperation with the NIBE heat pump, enabling an increase in its operation efficiency during the current production of electricity from the sun. The system ensures almost zero energy bills (a fixed fee of PLN 250 for electricity remains) and zero emissions of CO 2 and other pollutants into the atmosphere, because the energy needed in the house comes 100% from renewable energy sources.

The system is an excellent solution to the SMOG problem in Poland and can be used both in buildings undergoing thermal modernization and in new buildings. The entire system is controlled by one NIBE SMO 40 controller, installed on the wall of the engine room or built into the internal heat pump control unit, as well as remotely via the Internet via the nibeuplink.com website or using a smartphone and the free NIBE Uplink mobile application. The innovative NIBE Uplink system takes full advantage of smart home technology, creating work algorithms between digitally controlled devices (e.g. increases ventilation efficiency if the humidity sensor indicates that the set humidity level has been exceeded), using the new free IFTTT (If This Than That) internet service.

The system has a built-in SMART HOME and SMRAT GRID function and is ready to be connected to intelligent networks and BMS intelligent building management systems, and can also cooperate with other devices connected in the cloud using the innovative NIBE API application programming interface.

High efficiency air heat pump

NIBE SPLIT is the first complete, energy-saving heating and cooling system designed on the all-in-one principle. NIBE SPLIT ensures optimal thermal comfort all year round: hot water, heating and cooling of the building in a safe and economical way, with extremely low CO 2 emissions. The system consists of an outdoor unit (AMS 10) and a compact indoor unit (BA-SVM), which integrates: a controller with a color display, a coil water tank with a capacity of 180 liters, electrical module, safety group, expansion vessel, pressure gauge, electronically controlled circulation pump and condenser.

Heating with the NIBE SPLIT heat pump is carried out as follows:

  1. The refrigerant in the AMS 10 outdoor unit recovers heat from the outdoor air and is then compressed by the compressor, which increases its pressure and temperature
  2. The hot refrigerant (hot gas) is directed to the BA-SVM indoor unit
  3. The refrigerant releases heat to the heating system
  4. The cooled refrigerant returns in liquid form to the external unit, completing the work cycle
  5. By reversing this process, the refrigerant in AMS 10 recovers heat from the installation water, which is then thrown outside, as a result of which the pump performs the cooling function.
  6. The BA-SVM indoor unit controls the operation of the entire system and, depending on the current demand for heat or cooling, turns on or off the AMS 10 outdoor unit. Like uplink

Systems cooperating with heat pumps - intelligent ERS recuperator

Controlled ventilation with heat recovery guarantees the maintenance of the required air exchange, even with closed windows, and reuse of energy from the exhaust air. NIBE's offer includes, among others: new NIBE ERS 10-500 recuperator controlled by a heat pump controller. This model is intended for single-family houses up to 300 m 2 with an efficiency level of 410 m 3 /h at 150 Pa. In the case of the NIBE ERS recuperator, the operation of the entire system with the heat pump and ventilation is controlled by the user using a multifunctional, intuitive menu in Polish, available from the color display of the heat pump or virtually (computer, tablet, smartphone, intelligent building management system). using the NIBE UPLINK system and free NIBE Apps. The NIBE ERS recuperator combined with a heat pump creates a complete system providing heating, domestic hot water production, cooling and ventilation with heat recovery.

Energy-saving NIBE PV photovoltaic system

NIBE PV photovoltaic systems are complete sets for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources such as solar radiation. NIBE PV Half Cell Full Black monocrystalline photovoltaic panels with a power of 320 Wp use PERC technology, which ensures higher efficiency at higher temperatures and low sunlight. The Half Cell technology used, i.e. dividing in half, ensures, among others, higher power output, improved temperature-dependent performance, reduced impact of shading on power generation and reduced risk of hot spots. Full Black means that the PV panels have a fully black filling and frame, which makes them look exceptionally aesthetic and elegant on the roof.

NIBE PV photovoltaic systems are available in sets with a power of 3.2; 6.4; 9.6; 12.8; 16 and 22.4 kW. This allows you to adapt the sets to your needs or installation possibilities (e.g. available building space). By using a package of photovoltaic panels consisting of 10-40 panels, you can obtain sets from 3.2 to 12.8 kW. For larger installations, 16 and 22.4 kW packages are used, which can be multiplied to the desired efficiency. Solar panels can be mounted on various types of roof surfaces thanks to specially dedicated holders. All NIBE PV sets include an EME 20 communication module, which enables communication with the NIBE heat pump and increases its operating efficiency during the current production of electricity from the sun. This results in even greater savings and almost zero energy bills, and the entire NIBE system can be remotely monitored via the Internet using the NIBE Uplink website.
