Purmo was among the winners of a nationwide consumer survey, winning the Consumer Quality Leader 2024 in the "Radiators" category. The survey was conducted among over 15,000 people. Participants and winners were presented in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna in the Economy Zone during the program.

The 2024 Consumer Quality Leader is the 13th edition of a nationwide promotional program, the main goal of which is for consumers to select the best-rated brands and companies available and operating on the Polish market. This year, over 15,000 consumers took part in the study and the idea of mixed-methods methodology was used (research: expert, pilot, face-to-face, online). During the research, both quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed, as well as the content of statements from open-ended questions. The basic result of the study is a report presenting a ranking of products and services considered to be the best in terms of quality.
The Purmo brand was recognized as the Quality Leader and won the Consumer Quality Leader 2024. The respondents' statements show that they pay special attention to the effectiveness and quality of products, a wide selection of products in the offer, the tradition and experience of the company, as well as design and price. In the study, as many as 22.8% of respondents indicated the Purmo brand as the best quality in the "Radiators" category.
