A new product in the NIBE brand's offer is the compact NIBE-BASVM indoor unit, the production of which takes place in the newly built, impressive BIAWAR Production factory in the Suwałki Special Economic Zone in Białystok. Specially created, three modern assembly lines guarantee high production efficiency, reaching 200 units per week.
NIBE BA-SVM is a complete indoor unit with a built-in controller, which, by integrating components, facilitates and speeds up installation and saves space in the boiler room. Designed to work with split heat pumps, the BA-SVM indoor unit, in addition to a built-in controller with a color display, is equipped with a coil, enameled hot water tank with a capacity of 180 l, an electric auxiliary heater with a maximum power of 9 kW, a safety group, and an expansion vessel with a capacity of 10 l. , pressure gauge and condenser. The electronically controlled circulation pump optimizes system operation and minimizes energy consumption. The control panel also allows you to connect an external heat source, e.g. a gas boiler.
The advanced controller allows you to control the device directly on the intuitive, color display and remotely via the Internet using the NIBE Uplink application or the nibeuplink.com website. The NIBE SPLIT heat pump provides up to 58 ° C to power the heating system from the operation of the compressor itself, and with an additional heat source up to +65°C , thus being an ideal solution for thermal modernization of buildings where users want to maintain the existing radiator system. Thanks to the possibility of reversing the cooling cycle, the NIBE SPLIT system, in addition to heating and production, also provides cooling in the summer. The inverter technology used in NIBE SPLIT pumps makes the compressor power adapt to the building's current heat demand, thanks to which these devices provide higher operating efficiency than traditional pumps. This technology ensures greater durability, greater comfort and lower power consumption, thanks to which heat pumps achieve a high efficiency factor. The NIBE SPLIT heat pump is characterized by extraordinary flexibility in selecting the location and simplicity of installation. The AMS 10 outdoor unit and the BA-SVM indoor unit are connected to each other by a system of cooling pipes and then filled with the R410A refrigerant, with which the heat pump is factory-equipped. The outdoor unit can be hung on the wall of the building, using wall brackets, or placed on a ground frame near the building wall.
Additional advantages of the NIBE SPLIT series include quiet operation (32 dB(A) according to EN11203, at a distance of 2 m), wide operating temperature range (from -20 o C to +43 o C), no need to construct a ground collector, quick installation, low failure rate and ease of operation.
