In recent years, there has been a clear increase in the popularity of sewage pumping stations, which enable the connection of several sanitary rooms. It seems that this is not just a passing fad, but a continuing trend. No wonder, because the technology used in pumping stations is becoming more and more effective and affordable.
Pumping stations for gray and black sewage
The basic pumping station model in SFA's offer is the Sanicubic 1 WP NM . A single-engine device with a 32-litre tank is ideal for collecting and pumping domestic sewage from single-family houses and small commercial facilities. A 1500 W motor, equipped with a high-quality ProX K2 stainless steel cutting knife, minimizes the risk of the pump blocking due to occasional cosmetic items entering the tank. Even this basic model of the Sanicubic pumping station is made in IP68 technology, which in practice means that it can be installed in manholes or process shafts within the building.
With more demanding users in mind , the Sanicubic 2 Classic NM was created, i.e. a 2-engine version of the Sanicubic 1 WP . The use of 2 engines increased not only the efficiency of the pumping station, but also its reliability. In normal operation, the motors operate alternately. In the event of a failure of one of the engines, the other one completely takes over its operation.
This pumping station is designed to pump gray and black sewage through small diameter pipes (DN50) to remote sewer lines. Sanicubic 2 Classic NM is an ideal solution for installation in commercial, public and residential buildings and allows you to connect utensils from rooms such as toilets, bathrooms, kitchens or laundry rooms. The device is equipped with an external control system (5 m cable) and an audible and visual alarm (4 m cable). In addition to pumping stations equipped with cutting knives, SFA offers pumps with VORTEX free passage impeller. These devices are characterized by higher work efficiency and can be used in hotels, shopping centers, factories and other establishments. Sanicubic 1 VX , which despite its small dimensions is characterized by a 2000 W motor, is equipped with a pump with a VORTEX impeller with a free passage of 50 mm. The tank with a capacity of 60 liters is made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene. Thanks to such a strong construction and IP68 protection class, Sanicubic 1 VX can be installed in a process shaft or a recess.
For people who value operational reliability above all, we have prepared the Sanicubic 2 XL model. A large, 120-liter tank holds two pumps with a VORTEX impeller with a free passage of 50 mm. The device is dedicated to application and installation in large companies or production plants. It allows you to connect several sanitary rooms, such as bathrooms, social rooms or - with the use of a grease separator - professional kitchens. As with previous models, Sanicubic 2 XL can be mounted directly on the floor or in a recess or technological shaft.
Other pumping stations dedicated to commercial applications are models from the Sanicubic GR series. The pumps are made of strong GG 20 cast iron and can pump sewage to a height of up to 39 meters. They are equipped with an innovative cutting knife made of high-quality stainless steel, Pro X K3 . Sanicubic GR models, thanks to their high pumping parameters, can be used wherever it is necessary to pump sewage to great heights and distances. Sanicubic 1 GR ensures reliable operation of all sanitary rooms. These devices have a large number of inputs with diameters of DN 100 and DN 50. The DN 50 outlet has a built-in cast iron ball check valve. The pumping station is available in two variants - single-engine and two-engine and several specifications, differing in power and pumping parameters.

The series of professional pumping stations for special tasks is complemented by the Sanicubic SC models. These are high-performance pumping stations equipped with a single-channel impeller with a friction plate with a free passage of 80 mm, and in the case of more powerful versions, even 100 mm. The engines, made of GG 25 cast iron, depending on the version, have power from 4000 to 8700 W and achieve high pumping capacities, up to 165 m 3 /h! The device is equipped with a DN 150 inlet with a cast iron flange and a DN 100 outlet, as well as an external control system with an LED text display indicating the filling level, information on maintenance and working hours, and messages about possible faults. The pumping station is offered in two variants - single-engine and two-engine, which differ in power and pumping parameters.
Pumping stations for gray sewage
If only gray sewage is discharged, the basic model of the Sanicom 1 pumping station will be the ideal solution. The device with a 750 W motor power is equipped with 1 pump. For more demanding users, the SFA offer also includes an extended version, i.e. Sanicom 2 , which is equipped with 2 independent pumps. Once sewage enters the device, it automatically activates one pump, which pumps the sewage into a distant sewage system. If a large amount of sewage flows, the second pump is switched on. Thanks to this solution, the pump is adapted to intensive operation in commercial or public facilities. Pumping stations from the Sanicom series are used in laundries, hairdressers, restaurants and bars, and professional kitchens.
Fat separators
SFA Poland's offer also includes highly efficient SANIGREASE grease separators. This type of structures separate food fat from water using the flotation principle. SANIGREASE T24 is an ideal solution for small catering establishments, such as bars or food trucks. The lightweight T24 model, made of HDPE, is one of the smallest separators available on the market. Due to its small size, it requires daily cleaning.
SANIGREASE T series separators are models made of stainless steel, intended for installation at kitchen sinks, in places where meals are frequently prepared. Equipped with a removable organic waste settler, height-adjustable legs and a drain valve, they are extremely easy to use on a daily basis.
