The V 100 polymer concrete inspection chamber is a key element of the ACO Drain® Multiline system, designed for efficient surface water drainage. This system is distinguished by its versatility and adaptability to various applications – from private properties, through parking lots, to industrial areas. The construction based on polymer concrete ensures exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, guaranteeing long-term reliability.

This chamber, equipped with cast iron edges, is an integral part of a comprehensive linear drainage system. The cast iron edges effectively protect the channel from mechanical damage, and their durability translates into minimal operating costs. The Multiline system offers a wide selection of gratings – galvanized steel, stainless steel, and cast iron – allowing for adaptation to the aesthetics of the surroundings and load requirements.

Construction and application

The V 100 inspection chamber is compatible with channels 100 mm wide and designed for loads up to class E600 (according to PN-EN 1433:2005+A1). The high version of the chamber allows connection to a 110 mm diameter sewer, thanks to the integrated outlet with a lip-labyrinth seal. The use of polymer concrete in the channel construction provides a smooth inner surface, which minimizes flow resistance and facilitates self-cleaning. The V-shaped cross-section further increases the hydraulic efficiency of the system.
