The V 100 polymer concrete channel box is a key element of the ACO Drain® Multiline system, designed for reliable water drainage. This system is characterized by its versatility and adaptability to various projects – from parking lots and garages to green areas and sidewalks. The construction based on polymer concrete guarantees high stability and durability, and the ability to choose different load classes (A15-E600) allows for adaptation to the specific requirements of a given location.

Construction and materials

The box is made of durable polymer concrete, which ensures its resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Protective edges are available in three variants: galvanized steel, stainless steel and cast iron, allowing for optimal material selection depending on operating conditions and aesthetics. The use of the patented Drainlock® grating locking system eliminates the need for screws, simplifying installation and maintenance. In addition, the box has a groove for a 110 mm diameter connection, allowing easy connection to the existing sewage system.

Application and benefits

The V 100 channel box is perfect for places exposed to high loads and intensive use. The V-shaped cross-section ensures efficient water flow and self-cleaning of the channel, minimizing the risk of blockages. The low construction of the box (height 45 mm) facilitates integration with the surroundings and minimizes interference with the existing surface. Thanks to the possibility of using different types of gratings (galvanized steel, cast iron or stainless steel), the appearance of the system can be adapted to the character of the environment. The Multiline system offers complete design freedom thanks to the variety of channel widths and protective edges.
