Polymer concrete channel with reinforced edges made of galvanized steel

The channel is made of polymer concrete – a frost-resistant and durable material, ideal for outdoor applications where weather conditions are extreme. It has a solid, uniform structure that does not delaminate or crack under freeze-thaw cycles. Reinforced edges made of galvanized steel ensure resistance to mechanical damage during installation and operation – there is no need to worry about corrosion spots or deformation under heavy loads.

The V-shaped cross-section allows for natural self-cleaning – water flows faster, and sediments do not accumulate at the bottom. This means less maintenance and better flow even with low gradients. There is no need for additional bottom profiling – the channel shape itself ensures optimal hydraulic performance.

The possibility of series connection allows for the construction of continuous drainage lines without the need for additional connecting elements. The system is ready for integration with other ACO DRAIN Multiline components – there is no need to change the design approach when the length or location of the channel changes.

Load class E-600 (600 kN) means that the channel is intended for areas with heavy traffic – parking lots, local roads, logistics areas, locations near warehouses or industrial facilities. It is not a solution for pedestrian sidewalks – but it is safe and proven for heavy vehicles and construction machinery.

The factory-made groove for grout filling SF enables precise and aesthetic fitting to the sidewalk or asphalt surface – there is no need for additional cutting or leveling work later. Installation is simpler, and the final result is clean.

There is no grate – this is a channel-only element. A suitable grate is matched to it according to needs (galvanized steel, stainless steel, or cast iron), providing flexibility in choosing aesthetics and load resistance.
