Polymer concrete drainage channel with galvanized steel edges

The channel is made of polymer concrete – a material with high stability and resistance to mechanical loads, ensuring durability under operational conditions. The protective edges made of galvanized steel prevent corrosion and maintain structural integrity even with frequent contact with water and road salts.

It has a height of 610 mm, allowing for easy installation in deeper excavations and facilitating access to drainage components during maintenance. The drainage connection is made from the side, providing flexibility in designing the sewer system layout – it does not require changing the pipe orientation and allows for easy connection of the drain from a horizontal or angled position.

The load class E-600 indicates that the channel is intended for use in areas with heavy traffic – e.g., parking lots, local roads, industrial areas. This is the highest load class for the "Multiline" system, confirming its ability to withstand the loads of heavy vehicles without risk of damage.

The V-shaped cross-section ensures self-cleaning – water flows faster, and sediments are naturally washed towards the drain. This reduces the need for frequent cleaning and maintenance.

The system is compatible with other ACO DRAIN Multiline components – it can be connected with walls and grates made of galvanized or stainless steel, enabling the construction of consistent, scalable drainage solutions.
