Polymer concrete channel with galvanized steel edges

The V-shaped cross-section of the channel ensures natural self-cleaning – water flows faster, and sediments do not accumulate in the bottom of the channel. This provides not only better hydraulic performance but also reduced maintenance over the long term. The material – polymer concrete – is frost-resistant and durable, ensuring the channel retains its properties even under cyclic freezing and thawing conditions.

The edges protect the channel from mechanical damage during installation and operation. Made of galvanized steel, they are corrosion-resistant and require no additional coating or maintenance. The reinforced construction allows for safe installation in areas with heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

The element features a factory-formed groove for filling with jointing mortar SF – no additional surface preparation is required at the interface with the substrate. This reduces installation time and eliminates the risk of improper joint filling by the installer.

Load class E-600 indicates that the channel is intended for applications in heavily loaded areas – e.g., parking lots, local roads, industrial sites. It is not a solution for residential sidewalks but for facilities where durability and safety are paramount.

No grate included – this is a clean channel, ready for installation under any type of grate (e.g., galvanized steel, stainless steel, or cast iron), which can be selected individually according to the project requirements.
