Polymer concrete drainage channel with galvanized edges

Channel made of polymer concrete, frost-resistant and factory-equipped with a groove for SF grout filling. Reinforced edges made of galvanized steel ensure durability during installation and operation, without the need for additional reinforcement on site.

The V-shaped cross-section allows for better water flow and self-cleaning – dirt and sediment are naturally washed towards the outlet, reducing the need for maintenance. The 1000 mm length enables easy connection into continuous drainage lines, without the need for cutting or on-site fitting.

Load class E-600 corresponds to loads typical for local roads, parking lots, and industrial areas – it is suitable where light vehicles, trucks, or service vehicles pass. It does not require additional supports or frames, as the polymer concrete structure itself ensures stability even under asymmetric loading.

The system is part of the ACO DRAIN® Multiline – known for its design flexibility. It can be used in both new projects and modernizations where surface drainage needs to be solved quickly and safely. There is no grate – this is a channel-only element, so it can be adapted to any grate from the available range (galvanized, stainless steel, cast iron).

Simple installation: the channel is placed on a level base, connected to other elements (without special connectors – just tight grouting), and then filled with SF grout in the groove. It does not require specialized equipment or long installation time.
