Polymer concrete channel with galvanized steel edges

The channel is made of polymer concrete with a V-shaped cross-section, ensuring efficient water drainage thanks to the optimal inclination of the walls – water flows faster and sediment accumulates less. Dimensions of 1000 mm length and 120 mm height are adapted to standard installation requirements in commercial and public facilities.

Protective edges are made of 4 mm thick galvanized steel – this is a specific value, not a vague "solid construction". Galvanization provides corrosion resistance in humid conditions without the need for additional painting or coatings. The elements do not include grates; they are designed for installation with separate grates, offering flexibility in material selection (galvanized steel, stainless steel, or cast iron) and opening type.

The 235 mm channel width (clear opening) allows easy water intake and maintains flow even during heavy rainfall. The channel is factory-equipped with a joint groove – simply fill it with an appropriate sealing compound (e.g., SF) to achieve a watertight connection with concrete or asphalt substrates.

Application and Operating Conditions

The product meets load class E-600 according to EN 1433, meaning it is intended for areas with intensive vehicle traffic, such as parking lots, logistics roads, loading zones, or internal roads of industrial facilities. It is not suitable for public roads with regular car traffic (where class C250 or higher is required), but is ideal for areas where trucks, forklifts, or service vehicles move slowly and frequently.

Installation is carried out on a concrete substrate – the channel does not require additional structural reinforcement due to the inherent rigidity of polymer concrete. The material's frost resistance ensures durability even under cyclic freezing and thawing conditions. Dimensions are precise: 1000 mm length, 120 mm height – no "approximate" values.
