The element is made of polymer concrete—a composite with high frost resistance and static load capacity, designed for durability in extreme climatic conditions. This material does not crack under freeze-thaw cycles, ensuring stability even under intensive use in winter regions.

The 110 mm diameter gasket is an integral part of the construction—requiring no additional installation or adhesive. Its function: prevent water leakage into the substrate when connected to drainage pipes. This is a critical feature where the design requires absolute watertightness—for example, during construction in areas with high groundwater levels or near foundations.

Galvanized steel edges are embedded during production—they protect the channel edges from damage during concreting or asphalt paving, while ensuring stability under surface loads. These are not additional mounted components; they are part of the channel itself.

The product does not include a grate—it is intended for concealed installation, where drainage occurs exclusively through the connected hydraulic element. There is no need to install a mesh or cover.
