ACO Deckline Linear Drainage System – Reliability and Durability

ACO Deckline 100 channel is a low-profile solution for efficient water drainage, ideal for both private and commercial applications. Made of durable polymer concrete, it ensures long-lasting reliability even in harsh conditions. The low profile (6 cm height) makes it particularly useful in areas with limited space, such as driveways, terraces, or underground parking lots.

Construction and Materials

The channel body is made of high-quality polymer concrete – a material resistant to frost, abrasion, and chemical substances. The edges, also made of polymer concrete, allow for direct paving on the channel edges, ensuring an aesthetic appearance and a tight connection. The Deckline system is characterized by a high load class C250 (Type I according to PN-EN 1433:2005+A1), which guarantees safety even with high traffic volume.

Installation and Functionality

The Deckline channel is equipped with a Drainlock® screwless grating fastening system, which facilitates inspection and cleaning of the channel without the need to disassemble the entire structure. This makes system maintenance quick and easy. Additionally, if necessary, the grating can be secured against theft or vandalism with special accessories. The channel can be sealed with dedicated sealing compounds to ensure a completely watertight system. A clear width of 100 mm ensures efficient water flow.
