Drainage Box for ACO GALA G100 System

The EK 37 box is the terminal element of the ACO GALA G100 linear drainage system, designed for use with channels of heights 15 cm, 17.5 cm, and 20 cm. It is made of polymer concrete – a frost-resistant material resistant to aggressive environmental conditions, ensuring long-term functionality even in extreme temperatures.

Installation is simple: the box connects to the channel from the side, and its construction allows for sealing during installation – significantly reducing the risk of leaks when connecting to the sewer network. The internal gasket ready for connection to a Ø110 mm stub eliminates the need for additional components during installation.

Load class C-250 (in accordance with PN-EN 1433:2005+A1) means the box is intended for areas with moderate traffic – sidewalks, cycle paths, school courtyards, platforms, or private residential areas. It is not designed for vehicular traffic but safely withstands loads typical for public and recreational areas.

The height of 375 mm provides adequate space for sediment accumulation and easy cleaning – especially when using a sediment basket (e.g., 01682), which can be easily removed and washed. Grate mounting is done using screws – facilitating its replacement or maintenance without the need to dismantle the entire box.

In practice: the installer does not need to worry about improper fitting to the channel – the EK 37 works only with selected heights (15–20 cm), and its side connection allows flexible placement within the linear system. The end user does not encounter standing water – the system operates smoothly, even during heavy rainfall.
