The ACO GALA G100 channel, made of durable polymer concrete, is a component of a linear drainage system designed for areas where safety and aesthetics are priorities. Thanks to load class C-250 (in accordance with standard EN 1433), the product easily handles loads typical of pedestrian zones, bicycle paths, or light service vehicles. This material not only ensures high mechanical strength but also guarantees resistance to atmospheric factors – the elements are frost-resistant, making them an ideal choice for outdoor installations in our climate.

Special attention should be paid to the channel bottom design, which features special grooves. These allow for quick and precise knockout of the outlet hole at the water discharge point, significantly facilitating on-site installation. Additionally, the presence of grooves for angular connections gives installers flexibility when creating complex drainage routes without the need for additional cutting accessories. Although the set does not include a grate (the product is sold as a channel without cover), the system is designed for use with symmetrical cast iron grates, which are screw-mounted – this solution ensures stability and easy disassembly if channel cleaning is required.

The body is made of polymer concrete (concrete), which combines the strength of traditional concrete with the chemical resistance of plastics. In case of grate installation (sold separately), remember to use a symmetrical model made of cast iron – such a selection guarantees aesthetics and durability in areas with heavy pedestrian traffic.

This system also offers flexibility in connections:

• Side walls are equipped with grooves enabling angular connections;
