Inspection element for Monoblock PD100V – access to linear drainage

This inspection element is dedicated to the ACO Monoblock PD100V linear drainage system. It allows easy access to the channel for maintenance, cleaning or inspection. It is a key component ensuring the long-term and efficient operation of the entire system.

Design and materials

The element is made of durable polymer concrete, a material known for its high resistance to mechanical damage, frost and chemical substances. Integral coloring ensures color fastness – it is available in natural and anthracite shades, making it easy to match the surroundings. Polymer concrete is a non-absorbent material, which prevents efflorescence and corrosion.

Application and benefits

The inspection element is intended for use with Monoblock PD100V channels with a width of 100 mm. The Monoblock PD system is characterized by a monolithic construction, which translates into exceptional stability and resistance to vandalism. This makes it ideal for both areas with high pedestrian traffic and areas exposed to vehicle loads. Load class D400 guarantees resistance to high loads. The V-profile of the channel promotes self-cleaning, even with short sections of linear drainage. The possibility of additional sealing of the system ensures complete tightness, if required by the project specifications.
