Monoblock PD100V channel is a monolithic linear drainage system, designed for effective surface water drainage. This system combines strength, ease of installation and resistance to mechanical damage, making it an ideal solution for both installers and end-users. Made of polymer concrete, it is characterized by high resistance to corrosion and frost, guaranteeing long-term reliability even in harsh weather conditions.

The channel, 1 meter long and 100 mm wide, with a load class of D400, is suitable for areas with high pedestrian and vehicle traffic. The inlet gap of the grating, 8 mm wide, minimizes the risk of clogging by larger debris, which translates to lower maintenance costs. The monolithic construction of the channel eliminates the risk of grating loosening and theft – a problematic phenomenon in public spaces.

Construction and installation – speed and simplicity

The Monoblock PD system is distinguished by its ease and speed of installation. The side structure of the channel (anchoring pockets) and the fully solid construction allow for stable positioning of the element without the need for complex techniques. The possibility of sealing the channel with special compounds ensures complete tightness where required – e.g. in industrial facilities or underground car parks. The V-profile of the channel promotes self-cleaning, even with slight terrain slopes, which further reduces the need for regular cleaning.

It is worth mentioning the possibility of using this system at the intersection of pedestrian paths with roads – the narrow inlet gap of the grating ensures the safety of users. The mix color (black) allows the channel to be adapted to the surroundings and aesthetically integrated into the architectural design. The material of construction - polymer concrete - guarantees durability and resistance to external factors.
