Polymerconcrete End Wall – Closes the Multiline V100N Channel
The polymerconcrete end wall is designed to seal the start or end of the ACO Drain® Multiline V100 drainage channel. This end element prevents water and contaminants from escaping the system while maintaining structural integrity. There is no screed – it is a clean, solid end wall engineered for installation at the channel terminus.
The material – polymerconcrete – ensures the wall is frost-resistant and non-absorbent. It does not degrade under exposure to water, road salt, or cyclic freezing and thawing. This is a key advantage for outdoor installations, especially in regions with harsh climates. No additional protection or coating is required – it is ready for use immediately upon installation.
Compliant with standard PN-EN 1433:2005+A1, it can be used in systems with a maximum load class of E600. This means it withstands not only pedestrian and light vehicle loads (e.g., passenger cars) but also heavier commercial vehicles – provided the entire channel structure (including the grate and sub-base) is appropriately designed.
Installation is simple: the end wall connects to the channel end via the Drainlock® system – no screws, no additional fastening elements. Simply press it into place; the latches ensure a durable and watertight connection. No special tools or installer skills are required.
Important note: this wall has no drainage outlet. If you require a closure with a vertical outlet (e.g., for a Ø110 pipe), you must select the model marked "with lip-labyrinth seal" (item no. 12486). This version is intended solely for end closure without drainage.
For the installer: no fitting or cutting is required – it is ready to use with the V100N channel. For the end user: no risk of leaks, no need to worry about material degradation over time.
Do not use for transverse drainage on motorways and high-speed roads – for these areas, the Monoblock RD system is recommended.
