The ARV 486 ProClick mixing valve is a reliable solution for heating installations with solid fuel boilers. Its construction, based on a four-way rotary mechanism, allows for precise mixing of the heating agent streams – both flowing to the installation and returning from it to the boiler. This ensures optimal installation operating temperature and effectively protects the boiler from low-temperature corrosion.

The valve is particularly recommended for installation on the supply side of the installation, where it functions as a double mixing valve. To fully utilize its capabilities and ensure continuous protection of the boiler against excessively low return temperature, it is recommended to automate its operation by mounting an ARM ProClick actuator (available separately) connected to a suitable controller or a controller integrated with the ACT / ARC ProClick actuator.

The ProClick system allows for quick mounting of the actuator directly onto the valve – without the need for additional tools. The body made of brass with internal threads guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Hexagonal surfaces for wrenching facilitate tightening during installation, and a convenient knob with angle-of-rotation limiters ensures precise adjustment. A clear two-sided scale (from 0 to 10 and from 10 to 0) and an indicator of the current spindle position allow for easy reading of settings and monitoring of valve operation.

The nominal diameter (DN) is 40, the connection is Rp1 1/2", and the flow coefficient Kvs is 24 m³/h. The valve body is made of brass.

The ARV 486 ProClick valve is compatible with media such as water and glycol in a 1:1 ratio, and its maximum operating temperature is 110°C at a maximum pressure of 10 bar. This makes it a versatile solution for various heating systems.
