Functional Fire Protection with Zone Division

The CSA-S5BAR control panel is a device dedicated to managing smoke and fire detection systems in facilities where precise hazard localization is required. The device supports up to five independent protection zones, allowing flexible adaptation of the installation to the specifics of the protected room. In each zone, up to five subordinate detectors (SLAVE type) or one master detector (MASTER) can be installed, which in turn manages an additional network of six subordinate sensors. This architecture facilitates cable organization and system logic in larger halls or multi-zone buildings.

When any of the connected sensors detects smoke or flame, the control panel immediately activates acoustic and optical signaling. A red LED on the panel flashes, indicating the specific zone where the event occurred, while the device emits short tone signals. Importantly, for safety and discreet operation of emergency services, the absence of continuous signaling within the protected area helps avoid panic among people in the building. The signaling automatically turns off after 30 seconds, preventing excessive noise in the event of a single hazard detection while still allowing for a quick response by personnel.

Ease of Operation and System Diagnostics

The device has been designed so that installers and users can easily monitor its operational status. The control panel features clear error signaling: it indicates malfunction of the main module, damage to a specific detector, and depletion of the power batteries. This ensures that faults are detected before an actual fire hazard occurs. System operation utilizes two buttons: SILENCE to quietly deactivate the alarm after confirmation, and RESET to restore the system to standby status after the cause of the alarm has been eliminated. Simultaneously pressing both buttons initiates a self-test of the entire installation, allowing verification of its functionality without triggering a full fire alarm.

Device power supply is flexible and ensures continuous operation even in the absence of mains power. The control panel can operate on 4 alkaline C-type batteries or be connected to a dedicated mains power supply. The plastic enclosure measures 195 x 115 x 70 mm, facilitating wall mounting in a standard distribution box or directly in a technical room. The device operates correctly at temperatures from 0°C to 50°C and humidity up to 95% without condensation, making it suitable for both residential interiors and industrial warehouses.

The package includes a mounting bracket and an instruction manual in Polish, enabling a quick installation start without the need to search for additional accessories. The device carries the CE certificate and is intended for wired operation in dedicated AISKO fire protection systems.
