Construction and operating parameters

The thermostat is characterized by a solid construction based on a bimetallic sensor, which ensures precise temperature measurements. Fast-acting contacts guarantee an immediate response to temperature changes. The housing made of UL94V-0 plastic (light gray) ensures safe use and resistance to external factors. Mounting is done using a mounting clip on DIN 35 mm rails (according to EN 50022 standard), which facilitates installation and integration with existing systems. The possibility of mounting in any position further increases installation flexibility.

The thermostat is durable and designed to operate in harsh conditions – it withstands over 100,000 switching cycles. It provides adequate load capacity – the maximum switching current is 10 A at AC 250 V for resistive loads and 2 A for inductive loads (cos φ = 0.6). It is also possible to work with DC loads up to 30 W. The device meets safety requirements thanks to compliance with EN 55014-1-2, EN 61000-3-2 and EN 61000-3-3 standards, which ensures electromagnetic compatibility and minimizes interference. Two-pole terminals allow connection of wires with a cross-section of up to 2.5 mm². The device maintains full functionality in a wide temperature range – from -45°C to +70°C – both during operation and storage. The degree of protection IP20 means protection against finger contact and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm.
