Manual drive for a connector with earthing, under-line mounting, rotary motion NRA BSW-12 w.II 03-573

Manual drive for grounded disconnectors – reliability and precision in one

This manual drive, designed to work with grounded disconnectors, is a key element ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment in overhead lines. The design allows for installation under the line and provides rotational movement, which translates to smooth and controlled circuit switching. It is a solution appreciated by both installers and end-users due to its solid construction and ease of use.

Functionality and application

The NRA-u BSW-12 w.II manual drive is an integral part of overhead disconnectors, enabling their manual control. It finds application in various configurations, including frame disconnectors mounted vertically on poles, modular and standard models. Thanks to the universal mounting – both horizontal and vertical – it can be used in a wide range of electrical installations. Mounting is done with two M10 screws, ensuring a stable connection with the disconnector drive mechanism.

This drive works with ON (OUN) III SA 24/4 type disconnectors and their variants (S, K), as well as with vertical ONp (OUNp) III SA 24/4 and modular ONM (OUNM) III SA 24/4 and ONMp (OUNMp) III SA 24/4 models. It allows for simultaneous closing and opening of all poles of the disconnector thanks to the common drive construction for all poles.

Construction and durability

ALPAR manual drives are characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term and trouble-free operation. The use of high-quality materials and a zinc coating applied by immersion guarantees resistance to corrosion and adverse weather conditions. Precise execution of elements ensures smooth operation and minimizes the risk of mechanical damage. Additionally, the possibility of cooperation with NEA motor drives expands the scope of applications and allows for the automation of switching processes.
