This contact adhesive is specifically designed for bonding flexible Armacell insulation materials such as Armaflex, Armaduct, Tubolit and Arma-Chek (excluding HT/Armaflex). Its formula provides durable and airtight connections, crucial for energy efficiency and the reliability of installations.

Characteristics and Application

The adhesive is fluid, making it easy to apply – particularly appreciated by installers working in difficult conditions. Thanks to solvent evaporation curing, the adhesive dries quickly, reducing installation time. The 500 ml can provides convenient dispensing and is sufficient for many tasks. The net weight of the adhesive is 420g.

ArmaFlex 520 adhesive is perfect not only for joining synthetic rubber and polyethylene insulation, but also for gluing insulation material to various surfaces. It maintains water vapor permeability resistance comparable to Armaflex® insulation itself, which is important for maintaining thermal insulation properties. It can also be used to glue flexible polyethylene Tubolit® insulation.
