Non-invasive mounting and universality on poles

The US H-D-BOX pole bracket is a solution designed for quick and secure mounting of CCTV cameras on external infrastructure, such as square or round-section poles. A key feature of this model is the ability to mount without drilling into the pole – installation is performed using worm-drive clamps, which is particularly important in locations where intervention in the structure is not permitted (e.g., historic poles or energized components). This provides installers with flexibility while leaving the object intact.

The hole pattern has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of devices. The bracket is compatible with bullet-style cameras from brands such as Hikvision (including the DS-2CD26xxF-I series) and Dahua, and also allows connection of adapters and junction boxes. The side cutouts are not merely an aesthetic detail – their functional purpose is to ensure free access to mounting screws, significantly facilitating tightening even under difficult field conditions or with limited working space.

Weather resistance and structural durability

The material used for this bracket is steel coated with a Magnelis ZM310 layer. This zinc-magnesium coating offers significantly higher corrosion resistance than traditional galvanization, ensuring long service life even in harsh atmospheric conditions (humidity, road salt, industrial pollutants). Additional protection is provided by powder coating in RAL 9016 (graphite grey), which not only gives the product an aesthetic appearance suitable for most urban and industrial infrastructure but also acts as an additional protective barrier for the metal.

Regarding load capacity, there is some discrepancy in data from the manufacturer and distributors – some sources specify a permissible load of 5 kg, while others indicate 10 kg. In practice, this means the bracket can easily support most standard bullet cameras and short support arms; however, when planning the installation of heavier assemblies (e.g., cameras with large lenses and additional lighting), caution is advised, and it is recommended to verify the current specifications for the specific production batch.

Application and mounting range

The primary purpose of the US H-D-BOX bracket is the installation of video surveillance systems on poles with a diameter or side length ranging from 60 to 120 mm. This is a typical dimension for many lighting and fencing poles found in Poland. Please note that if installation on a pole with a cross-section larger than 120 mm is planned, a different worm-drive clamp with an appropriate adjustment range will be required – the bracket itself remains the same; only the pole-securing element changes.

It is worth adding a few details regarding the physical properties of the product: the bracket weighs 0.85 kg and is made of steel with a Magnelis ZM310 coating, powder-coated in graphite grey (RAL 9016). This combination of materials ensures stability when mounting Hikvision or Dahua bullet cameras and their adapters, while simultaneously protecting against corrosion over many years of outdoor operation. Mounting is performed exclusively using the non-invasive method with worm-drive clamps.
