This steel pole is a ready-made base for installing surveillance systems, particularly useful in challenging terrain conditions such as photovoltaic farms or large industrial facilities. Instead of seeking temporary solutions, the installer receives an element prepared for immediate use – simply mount it and run the cables. Thanks to the use of S235 steel with hot-dip galvanizing (in accordance with standard PN-EN ISO 1461:2023:2), the structure is resistant to corrosion and atmospheric conditions, which is crucial for devices standing outdoors for years.

Practical design facilitating installation

What distinguishes this model in daily work? Primarily time savings during assembly. The pole features a special flat bar with a longitudinal opening measuring 11x30 mm, designed for safe grounding – essential for the safety of the entire electrical system. In the lower part, there are longitudinal openings in the base, allowing quick mounting to prefabricated foundations (types FP1, FP2, or FP3) with stud spacing in the range of 180–200 mm. There is no need to adapt the foundation to the pole or vice versa – the system is designed to fit standard construction solutions.

An important feature is also the Ø52 mm diameter opening, through which cables can be easily introduced directly into the junction box (e.g., model C.1602) or another box mounted on the pole. This eliminates the need to drill additional holes in the finished structure after installation. Cameras or lamps can be mounted non-invasively using dedicated brackets (UKAM... or US... series), allowing easy replacement or servicing of devices without dismantling the entire pole.

The product is ideal where a solid base for heavier equipment is required or where aesthetics and durability matter:

• Photovoltaic farm monitoring: Resistance to wind and corrosion makes the pole excellent for open spaces.
• Industrial facilities: Solid S235 steel withstands harsh environmental conditions typical of production halls or storage yards.
• Area lighting: It can be used as a support for streetlights or floodlights, ensuring stability even under higher lateral loads.

Manufacturing technology compliant with standard PN-EN1090 (EXC2 class) guarantees consistent quality of welds and structural elements. The offer also includes a powder-coated version in colors: white, black, or anthracite, enabling color matching to the specific site without additional finishing work at the installation location. It is worth noting that the Ø52 mm opening and the 11x30 mm flat bar are key elements for safety and mounting ergonomics – the first facilitates cable routing without interfering with the pole structure after installation, while the second provides a ready-made path for grounding, eliminating the need for additional earthworks or drilling in the finished structure.
