This round steel pole is a ready-made base for the safe and durable mounting of CCTV cameras and lighting fixtures, especially in challenging terrain conditions. The structure has been designed to enable quick and non-invasive mounting of end devices, significantly reducing installation time on photovoltaic farms or large industrial facilities. Thanks to the use of S235 steel with hot-dip galvanizing (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461), this element offers high corrosion resistance, which is crucial when exposed to atmospheric conditions over many years.

Practical facilitation in installation and grounding

Engineers designing this model took into account the most common problems encountered during the installation of monitoring infrastructure. The pole features a special flat bar with a longitudinal hole (diameter 11 mm), allowing the grounding conductor to be safely routed directly inside the structure – eliminating the need for external grounding rails and protecting the cable from mechanical damage. A 52 mm diameter hole is provided at the bottom, ideal for introducing cable bundles directly into the junction box or distribution box, ensuring an aesthetic and organized installation layout.

Mounting to foundations is simplified thanks to longitudinal holes in the base, which allow adaptation to precast foundations (types FP1, FP2, or FP3) with stud spacing ranging from 180 to 205 mm. This flexibility enables rapid pole installation without the need for additional earthworks or concrete chiseling.

Cameras can be mounted non-invasively using dedicated brackets (UKAM or US series), allowing easy device replacement in the future without the need to drill new holes in the pipe. For projects requiring specific aesthetics or color matching with the facility, the pole can be painted in selected colors from the RAL palette (e.g., white, black, anthracite). The entire assembly is manufactured in accordance with EXC2 technology (PN-EN1090 standard), guaranteeing high-quality welds and the durability of the load-bearing structure.
