Ready-to-install solution for camera and lighting mounting

The SKAMP2/4 round pole is a structural element prepared for immediate installation, eliminating the need for additional preparatory work on the construction site. Its primary function is to safely and stably support CCTV surveillance cameras and lighting fixtures in challenging outdoor conditions. Thanks to the use of S235 steel with hot-dip galvanizing compliant with standard PN-EN ISO 1461:2023:2, the structure ensures long-term corrosion resistance, which is crucial for installations in open areas such as photovoltaic farms or industrial sites.

Application and mounting flexibility

The product has been designed for quick and non-invasive device mounting. For cameras or floodlights, there is no need to drill into the pipe – simply use dedicated brackets (UKAM... or US... series), which are mounted directly onto the flat bar. The pipe itself features a special longitudinal opening with dimensions of 11x30 mm, intended for routing the grounding conductor, significantly facilitating compliance with electrical safety requirements.

Pole mounting to foundations is simplified thanks to longitudinal openings in the base. These allow adaptation to prefabricated foundations (types FP1, FP2, or FP3) with stud spacing ranging from 180 to 200 mm. This design reduces earthworks and welding time, resulting in lower labor costs for larger projects.

The pole is particularly suitable for three key areas:

• Renewable energy – ideal for monitoring photovoltaic farms, providing an unobstructed wide field of view.
• Industry – used to protect production and warehouse facilities against unauthorized access.
• Infrastructure – employed as a base for area lighting and outdoor surveillance systems.

Compliance with standards and finishing options

The entire assembly is manufactured according to EXC2 technology and standard PN-EN1090, guaranteeing consistent weld quality and mechanical strength of the structure. The pole is standardly supplied with a zinc coating; however, for aesthetic purposes or specific project requirements, additional powder coating is available in white, black, or anthracite from the RAL palette. This option allows the pole's appearance to be adapted to the specifics of the investment or the architectural requirements of the facility.

For installers, the key advantage is versatility: the pole does not require specialized tools for basic mounting, and its geometry enables easy adaptation to standard concrete foundations commonly used in the renewable energy sector and industrial construction.
