This quadrangular mounting pole is a pre-assembled structure ready for immediate deployment in surveillance systems, particularly in large areas such as photovoltaic farms or industrial sites. Made from S235 steel with hot-dip galvanization (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023:2), this component offers high resistance to atmospheric conditions, which is crucial for outdoor installations. The entire assembly is manufactured using EXC2 technology and complies with PN-EN1090, ensuring structural precision and safety.

Application and foundation compatibility

The pole is designed to facilitate installer work during mounting on precast foundations. Longitudinal holes in the base allow for quick adaptation to stud spacing ranging from 180 to 200 mm, making it an ideal choice for FP1, FP2, and FP3 type foundations.

Inside the pole, there is a special flat bar with a longitudinal opening measuring 11x30 mm. This is not only a structural element but primarily a ready-made channel for grounding, significantly accelerating the installation process and eliminating the need for additional modifications. Dedicated brackets available in the manufacturer's product range can be used to mount CCTV cameras or lighting fixtures, ensuring an aesthetic and stable appearance of the entire installation.

Customization options and manufacturing technology

The standard product version is hot-dip galvanized, providing long-term corrosion protection. For projects requiring specific color schemes (e.g., for camouflage or architectural integration), the pole is available in selected colors from the RAL palette – users can choose white, black, or anthracite.

This construction is ideal where a solid base is required for heavier monitoring or lighting equipment, while also demanding fast installation thanks to pre-drilled mounting holes. No additional preparation of the base for grounding is needed – everything has been considered at the production stage. Please note that the material is S235 steel protected by hot-dip galvanization, and the EXC2 execution class confirms compliance with rigorous construction standards for steel structures.
