Modern WiFi temperature control system

AURATON Orion Set is a complete wireless temperature regulator kit with a heating device controller, enabling intelligent climate management in your home all year round. The system consists of a modern thermostat powered by batteries or mains, and a receiver that controls the heating device.

Thanks to the built-in WiFi module, the device works with popular Tuya Smart and Smart Life applications, allowing convenient temperature management via smartphone. The thermostat can operate in both heating and cooling modes, making it a practical solution throughout the year.

Weekly programming and special modes

The system offers advanced programming capabilities with a weekly operating cycle and the ability to set up to six temperature levels. The holiday mode allows you to schedule a lower temperature for up to 30 days, making it ideal during trips or holidays.

The countdown function enables precise temperature setting for a specific duration of absence. Additionally, a lock function is available, which protects settings from accidental changes - particularly useful in homes with children.

Operating range and performance characteristics

The regulator operates in a temperature range from 0 to 70°C with the possibility of adjusting the hysteresis within the range of 0,5°C to 2,5°C. The built-in frost protection function protects the installation against excessively low temperatures (1-10°C).

The system operates on a radio frequency of 433,92 MHz with a signal power of up to 11 dBm. The operating range is approximately 30 meters in a building with standard wall thickness and up to 300 meters in an open space.

Construction and power supply

The thermostat is powered by 4xAAA (alkaline) batteries or an optional mains power supply, providing installation flexibility. The receiver requires a 230V AC power supply at a frequency of 50/60Hz.

The receiver's relay load capacity is a maximum of 250V AC at a maximum current of 10A. The device has an IP20 protection rating and can operate in humidity up to 85% non-condensing.

User interface and signaling

A large backlit LCD screen ensures a clear reading of information regardless of lighting conditions and blends elegantly with various interiors. The receiver is equipped with LED diodes signaling the current operating status of the system.

The suggested mounting location for the receiver is in the immediate vicinity of the heating device for optimal control performance.
