The Auraton Water STOP set is a comprehensive solution for those who want to protect their home from the effects of flooding. It consists of a wireless sensor that detects the presence of water and a safety valve that automatically cuts off the water supply in the event of an alarm. This system provides peace of mind, especially during longer absences, and minimizes potential financial losses resulting from water damage.

The set is dedicated to both end users and professional installers. Simple installation and intuitive operation make system configuration quick and easy. The 1/2” valve fits standard water installations, and wireless communication eliminates the need for complex cabling.

Construction and parameters

The safety valve is characterized by a torque of 2 Nm and an opening/closing time of approximately 5 seconds. It operates at a voltage of 5 V and a power consumption of 3 W, and its maximum working fluid pressure is 1.0 MPa in the temperature range of 0 to 100°C. The sensor has an IP67 protection class and cooperates with the AURATON Pulse internet hub via radio frequencies: 865.500 MHz, 867.200 MHz, 868.150 MHz, 868.450 MHz and 869.800 MHz with a radio signal power of 11 dBm. The operating range in a typical building is up to 50 m (up to 150 m in open terrain).
