Smart Bathroom Ventilation with Automatic Humidity Response

The LOOP series exhaust fan is designed for continuous operation in high-humidity areas such as bathrooms, laundries, and toilets. Its key feature is a built-in hygrostat that automatically monitors the level of water vapor in the air. When humidity exceeds the 70% threshold, the device automatically increases motor speed to remove excess vapor more quickly. Once humidity drops below this level, the fan returns to quiet operation on the first speed after a 15-minute delay. This mechanism eliminates the need for manual control and ensures consistent air quality without requiring user intervention.

The device features a two-speed motor design, allowing flexible adaptation of performance to current needs. On the first speed, it operates quietly (approx. 24 dB), providing continuous air exchange with minimal noise, which is crucial for comfort in multi-family buildings. The second speed can be activated automatically or manually, increasing airflow to 100 m³/h at a pressure of 8 Pa, effectively handling sudden humidity spikes, e.g., during bathing. The motor equipped with ball bearings guarantees long service life and reliable operation even under continuous use.

Installation and Universal Application

This model offers great flexibility in installation – it can be mounted vertically on a wall or horizontally on a ceiling. The ABS plastic housing is resistant to corrosion and moisture, while the IPX4 protection rating safeguards against water splashes from any direction, making it safe for direct proximity to showers or bathtubs. The fan fits ventilation openings with a diameter of 125 mm and features a "click" mounting system that facilitates quick installation of decorative panels from the System+ series (panel not included in the set).

For installers, the 230 V supply voltage is also important, along with the possibility of connection in two configurations:

• Continuous mode: The fan operates continuously on speed I, while speed II is activated automatically by the hygrostat or manually via a second switch (requires a double switch).
• Full control: Ability to manually activate both speeds and switch off the device using a standard wall switch.

Thanks to its two operating speeds, the device adapts to various usage scenarios: the first speed ensures very quiet operation (approx. 24 dB) with low energy consumption (6 W), allowing continuous operation without disturbing household peace; the second speed increases airflow to 100 m³/h and pressure to 8 Pa, consuming slightly more power (8 W), enabling rapid removal of accumulated water vapor after bathing or showering.

Compliance with Standards and Operating Conditions

The device has been tested and holds a hygiene certificate from the National Institute of Public Health PZH – National Research Institute, confirming its safety for use in residential premises. The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase for this model. The fan can operate in ambient temperatures not exceeding +40°C. Please note that it should not be installed in rooms with open combustion sources (e.g., gas boilers drawing air for combustion), due to the risk of flue gas backflow caused by excessive exhaust performance. Thanks to its compact dimensions (housing width and height of 200 mm), the device aesthetically fits into modern interiors, and the white housing color allows easy matching with most bathroom finishing styles.
