Extractor Fan with Motion Sensor – Automatic Performance Adjustment

The LOOP WL125R extractor fan operates on two performance levels: 120 m³/h on the first speed and 165 m³/h on the second. Continuous operation runs at the lower speed, which is sufficient to maintain basic ventilation in bathrooms or kitchens. When the motion sensor detects activity in the room (e.g., bathing, laundry, cooking), the fan automatically switches to the higher speed after 60 seconds. After 15 minutes of no movement, it returns to the energy-saving mode.

The sensor does not react to brief passages through the room—only to sustained activities. This eliminates unnecessary switching on and off while ensuring effective removal of moisture and odors when they are most needed.

Construction and Installation

Built from ABS plastic with a white finish, it fits most interiors. Installation is possible both in walls and ceilings—thanks to ball bearings, there are no restrictions regarding orientation. The connection diameter is 125 mm, matching standard ventilation ducts in modern buildings.

The IPX4 protection rating ensures resistance to water splashes—sufficient for bathrooms and kitchens, but not suitable for installation near appliances with open combustion chambers (gas boilers, fireplaces without inserts). The maximum operating temperature is 40°C—do not use it in rooms with high ambient temperatures.

Quiet Operation and Durability

On the first speed, noise levels are 26 dB—barely audible during daily operation. On the second speed, it rises to 33 dB, yet remains significantly quieter than many other fans of this type. The motor is designed for continuous operation and does not overheat even during prolonged use.

The manufacturer's warranty is 5 years—confirming the quality of workmanship and durability of components such as bearings and the housing. There is no need to replace filters or perform internal cleaning—only periodic removal of dust from the external grille is required.
