Robust structural element for mounting freestanding structures

The CT70H50/4NMC C-channel is a key element in the construction of vertical support columns for freestanding structures. Made of S350GD steel, coated with one of the anti-corrosion coatings – Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC – it provides long-lasting protection against weathering and corrosion. The sheet thickness of 3.0 mm guarantees strength and the ability to withstand high loads.

Design and application

This C-channel is distinguished by its dense perforation, which significantly facilitates the assembly of structures even in difficult terrain conditions. It allows for leveling uneven ground and enables mounting with a slight angle of inclination. The use of an enlarged and densified perforation, adapted to BDF...H profiles, allows for precise adjustment of the panel angle to the ground. Changing the shape of the holes from "bean-shaped" to rectangular improves the locking of SGKFM10x20PV lock washers (with a mushroom head), which translates into the stability and safety of the entire structure.
